Dalessandro, Operations Associate     Susan originally joined Winslow Asset Management, Inc. in 1995. For an interim period (1998-2000), she was a Research Analyst at National City Bank. Susan began her career as a Research Assistant at the University of Virginia, Department of Economics. Susan earned her BA from Denison University and her MBA from Case Western Reserve University. Susan actively volunteers her time for the benefit of the greater Cleveland community. Recent past and current community positions include: Co-founder, graduate, Treasurer and board member of Cleveland Bridge Builders, Board member of Cleveland Reads, Board member of Carol Nursery School, Alumni Board member of Laurel School and Associate Board member of Recovery Resources.
