Previously, from 1978 through 1992, he was the Senior Vice President, Office Director, and Director of Investment Policy of Courier Capital Corporation. From 1970 to 1977, Gerry was Vice President of Investments at Scudder, Stevens & Clark. Gerry started his career at Society Bank where he was a Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager. He earned his BS from University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School and his JD from Cleveland Marshall Law School. Gerry is also involved in the Greater Cleveland community volunteering his time to many civic causes. Recent past and current community positions include: Treasurer of University of Pennsylvania Club of Cleveland, Chair of the Montefiore Foundation, Board member of Belfaire JCB, Board member of Montefiore Home, member of the Executive Committee of the Finance and Investment Committee for the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, Treasurer of the Temple-Tifereth Israel, and a member of the Advisory Committee of the AJC.
