Gerry founded Winslow Asset Management, Inc. in June 1992. Previously, from 1978 through 1992, he was Senior Vice President, Office Director and Director of Investment Policy of Courier Capital Corporation, where he was responsible for managing institutional assets for clients such as the City of Tampa Employees Retirement System and the Bethane-Cookman College Endowment. From 1970 to 1977, Gerry was Vice President of Investments at Scudder, Stevens & Clark where his clients included the endowments of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland and Pittsburgh as well as the Episcopal Diocese of Cleveland. Gerry started his career at Society Bank where he was a Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager. He earned his BS from University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School and his JD from Cleveland Marshall Law School.
Gerry is also involved in the Greater Cleveland community volunteering his time to many civic causes. Recent past and current community positions include: Chairman of the Finance and Investment Committee for Jewish Federation of Cleveland, Treasurer of University of Pennsylvania Club of Cleveland, Chair of the Montefiore Foundation, Board member of Belfaire JCB, Board member of Montefiore Home, Treasurer of the Temple-Tifereth Israel, and a member of the Advisory Committee of the AJC. |
