The client comes first. By actively managing
the ratio of relationships to portfolio manager and committing
more than one portfolio manager to each relationship, we make
this statement a reality. Our ratio approximates 25 relationships per portfolio manager.
Over the years, through good market times and bad, we have prided
ourselves on our long standing relationships and high client
retention. Representatively, from 1999 through 2010, our client
retention rate has ranged from 94 to 100%.
